So you are only taking out a loan for 25% of the ARV ? (183K)
Most HML would go up to 70% to 75%
Also you can still refi once completed under your LLC but the rates will be slightly higher.
Typically 6% to 7.5% depending on credit.
The main issue here is just researching the pros and cons of keeping a property in an LLC

As long as you have the down payment for the property the answer is YES
you would need about 20% to 25% of the purchase plus enough cash to cover the closing costs

Not sure if i understand your question correctly
But there is no down payment on a Refinance of a property that you already own/have an existing note on.

You might be able to get a lower rate than the 7.5% on your 3rd option (Depending on the details obviously)
