@Carol Yang Hi, Carol, thanks for the information. Do you know of any good excavation trades in South Burnaby?

@Pawan Johar Thanks for the recommendation.

I would like to connect with you if there is an opportunity in the future. You have a fabulous website; what service do you provide to your clients? Looks like you do everything from design, construction, to transaction. Do you do property management?

Hi, BPers, I am here again kindly asking for recommendations, where I always get good ones. This time on home inspectors and structure engineers around Burnaby, BC. I prefer inspectors and engineers who are:

(1) Familiar with South Burnaby

(2) Familiar with inspecting single family houses

(3) Structure engineers familiar with building on a slope and knows the cost of it

Thanks in advance for any recommendations!

Thanks, @J Beard, it sounds a lot of extra work. But does it cost a fortune to build? I know a big concern is drainage, but have no idea about how much extra does it cost.

Hi, BPers, I am wondering if any one familiar with Toronto housing market can give me advice on which area/neighborhood to look for a single family house to live in. My family are moving to the GTA area. My work only requires me to communicate to downtown (central business district) twice every week. Thanks in advance.

Hi, BPers, I am wondering if any one has experience of building a single family house on a slope. Does it cost a ton of extra to build on a slope? Thanks in advance for any input.

Welcome, @Elisheba Kihara, I am new in Burnaby as well! House prices are high and rising, and people are still buying by using leverage, and leverage is cheap due to the low interest rate!

Hi, BPers, I am a out of state investor with a SFH for rent in Indy. I'm recently charged $135.03 by PM for repairing mailbox post that was loose. I think it's too expensive, and don't know what is the proper way to deal with this. The PM usually charge $100-$200 every two months for small repairs, and is otherwise perfect as they never bothered me. Think I can get some help from here. Any though would be appreciated.
