Hey Everyone!

I'm looking to buy my first multi-family in the New Bedford, Fall River, Dartmouth, Fairhaven area in the coming months. I'll be pursuing properties that will likely need some extent of rehab work. Can anyone recommend and reputable contractor that they've done work with in the past? 

I've posted about this before and I have a few names, but I'd really like to get some more referrals from folks have have actually completed quality work with them.   

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Hello All, I'm going to be acquiring my first property using an FHA 203k loan within the next 3 months. I'm trying to establish relationships with professionals and tradesmen so I can have them in place beforehand, rather than scramble to find them when the time comes. Can anyone recommend a good contractor in Southeastern Massachusetts who has experience working on 203k projects? Im going to be investing in the New Bedford, Fall River, Dartmouth, Fairhaven area. Also, any tips to help the process go smoother are welcome! I've heard these loans can be laborious to execute. Thanks everyone! Aaron
