Quite the list there! What brings New Bedford to the top? I currently own a 3 family in the city and might be able to offer some insight.

Also look into MassHousing loan programs. They have options from 3-5% down, much like FHA. I'm using one right not to purchase my first mulitfamily in New Bedford.

@Raymond Guillotte What's up Ray, awesome to see a familiar face on here! Sounds like you're motivated and ready to start taking steps towards your goals. I'm actually closing on my first multifamily in New Bedford next week! I'd be happy to meet up sometime and fill you in on what I've learned so far. There's a pretty solid investor community in our area so definitely take advantage of some of the knowledge being shared! 

Also, not every day you get a reply from the infamous @Ben Leybovich! He's been a reoccurring guest on the BP Podcast, which I highly recommend.

I'm looking for a reputable contractor on the south coast of Massachusetts for a job on a multi-family in New Bedford. The scope of work includes bathroom and kitchen remodeling, along with general cosmetic updating.

If anyone has a referral based on previous work I'd greatly appreciate it!
