In the same boat.  Just getting credit cards into Buildium and mind is currently blown at how bad this works.  Not even sure I correctly understand the workaround when it comes to making sure things get billed to properties.

@Remington Lyman Working on a larger multifamily project in Merion Village. Announced conceptually once but had to make changes from feedback and to get numbers to work.   Also have a multifamily in Near East.   Other than that an adu and a few townhouses.   Only things under construction are commercial on Whittier and 10 unit rehab on Parsons and Gates.

Agree with @Mikael Winkler on Columbus and especially the South Side which includes German Village, Schumacher Place, Merion Village, Southern Orchards ...  The appreciation is awesome but the deals are getting harder and harder to get.  I've switched to more new multifamily construction projects on land that can still be purchased sort of reasonable.  Most new construction deals require some density to make sense.
