Hi Jeff

I have two properties in and around raleigh. My goal is income from properties and raleigh properties doesnt cash flow well. I am holding two properties just for appreciation as here we have the whole tech industry. But appreciation game is risky.

Depends what you are trying to achieve. There are different opportunities in different markets. Raleigh doesnt work for me in terms of cash flow.

Thanks for your input. Multi family I am looking is 20 minutes away from Winston Salem, and I guess winston is growing nicely. Place is walnut cove, its rural area, class c but good.

Hello

Is anyone investing in multifamily in rural areas close to winston salem(NC) like stokes county, walnut cove, madison in North Carolina?

Please let me know how are these rural areas like stokes county for multifamily
