Hi Jeremy, it ultimately depends on what brokers or markets you have access to.  I'd be happy to take a look, I find it hard to believe that you couldn't find any coverage and needed the forced insurance method.  I have access to about 25 carriers and I have no doubt one would be able to write coverage for you.  Please let me know if you'd like to discuss.  Adam

@Daniel C. - @Anthony Perna is probably your best option for this, based on what I've read - but if you want to compare what he can do versus other markets, I'd be happy to help as well.  Again, your best option is to check with Anthony first, as he's more local and probably has better markets for the area.

it depends on the carrier.  some carriers will charge additional premium to use different methods of replacement cost.  others will just just say "sorry, this is what you paid for, talk to your broker".  let me know if you have questions or want recommendations.
