Correct, to help you get in sooner or to be able to do better deals with 20k saved. Even if you don't think it's necessary, hard money is a good tool to at least know about if you have years before your first deal.

@Darius White

I'd suggest looking into hard money lenders. If you're careful, bridge loans can help you get into a deal you wouldn't otherwise be able to get into. You'll eat into your profit, but that's the price of getting started. Good luck!

@Jasraj Singh

Household income is calculated by combining all of the income from those living in a household together. The median is found by listing all of those household incomes from a given area from least to greatest, then finding the center of that list. The data point in the middle of the list is the Median.

I agree that staying in cash right now is the play. Wait until the economy opens up again and or until you think things are about to get better and see if any prices have lowered. Now is a great  time to build broker relations and to keep your eye on potential deals to watch trends. Good luck!

I was really intrigued by Grant Cardone's initial response of enormous staff cuts. Does anyone know if this was related to his syndications or was it all about his other business ventures? I agree that the weaker players in the syndication worl will likely be weeded out. Do you think he'll be exposed? Or will his 10X get him out?

PS: I love 10X, but I hear a lot of controversy about Cardone. I want him to do well, just interested in hearing opinions
