Hello

So I'm using the rental property calculator and I never really know what to put in for the property insurance number... I have a single family home so I know what the insurance is on that but I was hoping that somebody can tell me what it would be for a multi unit?   Is there any way to estimate this?

Hi I am Adam Gleve and I have spent most of my life in Pittsburgh.   I grew up in the South Hills (Mt Lebanon) and then moved to New Mexico for school but moved back because I love this city.     I've been in retail management for the last 16 years and now am trying to get into the world of real estate.

I just got my real estate license and am trying to close my first deal.   I am working on gaining knowledge forming my own real estate team.

I also recently just bought my current house with an FHA loan and rented out my old one. I would like to buy another property within the next year. And more after that!

Would love to buy somebody from BP a coffee to connect talk about real estate!
