@Account Closed Yes 1k cash flow, but I'm leaving my job to do it full time(NOT RETIREMENT). With the skills, network and visibility I have gained in the last 2 years I'm very confident that I can make way more money than my salary while enjoying the process

@Michael Rogers Thank you, Initially I would recommend getting 3 r 4 contractors referrals from other investors/family/friends, ask them to give quotes if you have any property on contract, verify those quotes with your Investor friends/family (BP family)

In Canada for permanent residents will have Ontario health card which cover hospital costs, im prepared to for medicines. Also I’m still 28 I eat healthy food mostly avoid out side and I do workout atleast 3 r 4 days weeks so I would heardly see doctor once a year. I strongly believe I will start making good money as Agent to cover my medicines
