I really hope that the commercial fallout doesn't hit at the same time. That would cause further problems, and dominos start falling, imo. Rich
So whats the prediction for the next 2 years...anyone?

When I first started investing in vacant lots/acres I was putting a lot of them on my credit cards and MAKING SURE to sell them before due dates...and I was charging for closing costs....It was a good effective way for me to start and building the bank roll. But 0% interest is awesome so take FULL ADVANTAGE OF IT.
