I think its worth it to get the wifi + 3G model and the 30 bucks a month isnt a bad deal at all. I just got my hands on one and was fooling around with it and now.....I WANT IT.

I agree with Robert, DO NOT start with a commercial property cause you will enter a game that you will not know how to play.

For some reason it is HUGE HUGE HUGE in orange county, I know of 2-3 other people doing it there for some financial reasons and others have responsibility of property/deals that went south. I think it can be very useful as long as everyone agrees to take part in it. Im too stubborn for that sort of thing haha (sometimes).

Hmmm from all the reviews it sounds like a great investment. I wonder if we all buy if we can get some sort of group discount. (thats the investor inside of me always trying to get a deal haha).

Yeah working with GC for your first few deals is always a good thing but having some help from experienced people or someone to check up on your project is even better.
