New Construction of our Floridian model. Even with the Market being in doubt this model sold right away and the ROI was GREAT!

It can range from $115-200 a sqft. A lot o it depends on the Pricing of the Materials and Cosmetics

You’re looking at about $140 a sqft. Did you look into if the City/County will allow that?
