Hey, someone, I'm in the possess of getting my very first property turning it to an Airbnb. but I do not know where to go for the info I would go to youtube but I want to make sure whoever providing me with the info they know what they talking about so suggestions would help a great deal thanks.   

Hey someone I have a question i’m in the process of purchasing my vey first property I’m about to close in a couple weeks at first I was thinking about what is the best way to get the best maximum income profit then I realize no matter the money I get for this property that I’m rehabbing I’ll have to use that money I would have use that money to Flipp for another home and I feel like I would not get any money for myself so I maybe I should just rent it out because I’ve been told by my realtor that location is very rentable but if I do that all the money but pretty much goes to the property as soon as I get money friend I had to put it on insurance and majority has to put on the side if something happens to the property I have enough money to fix it and after that I don’t have enough for myself my question I’m literally brand new what do you guys think is the best option I am very realistic I don’t expect to get lots of money right away because I’m new but at the same time I thought I would get something in return or I have just to wait longer then I expected so please tell me especially the veterans how did you started out and how long was it for you to make money?

@Wade Kulesa hello I am reading your comment I have the impression you know a lot about Dave Ransby I am new to investing in real estate and I’ve been told that he has a good strategy of on having a budget while investing still doing a part-time job and still able to manage your money responsibly. I’ve been told by some did he need to has a video or a book that Can help with this. do you know any if so will you mind to suggesting something some I would be much appreciated thank you so much.
