Well done!  Perfect example of quick nickel vs slow quarter.

@John Thedford have you considered offering to write a guide on "How NOT to Wholesale" or something along those lines?  I'm sure input from you, Bill, and others would be a great rebuttal for all those "get rich by assignment" articles and courses for people looking to learn the right way to get started in RE.

You can find investors here on BP as well as on other investor social sites, like Connected Investors.  You can look for investors on sites like craigslist also.

You can go to your local REIA meeting and meet investors there, that will probably be the easiest way to find a bunch of investors you know are ready and looking to buy.

If you want a list of potential investors, you can do what was already suggested.  You could also use list generating programs to pull a list of people that paid cash and purchased recently.
