Hello BP Family. I've discovered a condo association that owns a few of the condos in the complex because they foreclosed on the properties. However, the previous owner still has mortgages on the properties. The association is willing to sell the properties but the mortgages are still attached and would need to be settled. I'm open to all suggestions.
Im looking for help
How can I:
1. Find the outstanding amount of mortgages
2. Get the property clear of said mortgages?
