i am in the process of closing on a 2 house deal 1 is a SFH it was free and the second house is a duplex we are taking it over on a sub2

i am going to post pics or video of both homes as soon as soon as deal complete 

cheapest house i ever bought was free 

next cheapest was 2000.00 wholesale deal that i actually bought then re sold

for sure get started @Account Closed action will pay off

keep in mind that mailing to absent owners is what every investor does, try different strategies as well
