Thank you Linval T. . I accidentally posted the about me content in my new investor intro. Apparently I'm not quite the technological pro I thought that I was. Thanks for the shout out.

I'm having a difficulty opening up photos that are in forums. I'm using my iPhone for this, so, I've been taking screen shots and then zooming in. Quality isn't always there. Is this a known issue or am I missing something?

Steve B. Is there anyway to write the offer with the listing agent? It might burn a bridge with you current agent which you would need to consider. Listing agent may also not want to represent both buyer/seller. I've seen some deals only work out because the listing agent was representing both sides - it made it naturally sweeter for them.

Cody Jurgens welcome Mr. Cody. Spend some time listening to the podcasts. I have really appreciated those. They make long drives fun as well. The podcasts provide incredible insight and real life examples as well as great book suggestions. Exploring the forums won't hurt either.

Mike F. I like something that is a good deal and rentable. I'm going for cash flow. So, it depends on the deal. I don't necessarily had a set preference as its deal specific, however, my portfolio is weighted more towards the 3 bedroom.

When starting out, there is some logic to investing in your own backyard. As your investing grows, there is no limit. I had someone tell me once, "it's not who you know, it's who knows you." Relationships are key to success in any market.

Gabriel Altshule we got started in a similar manner. Got a primary, waited a full year, got a HELOC and used it to purchase our next two properties. Trying to figure out what to do with the HELOC now.
