If you're comfortable with remote CPAs, there's plenty on the BP forums, reach out to a few and someone should definitely be able to take you on.

I'm in NYC so I've definitely heard of similar pricing, but my client base is local people who want affordable accounting solutions and need business advisory when they're starting out. So, personally, I would not charge such prices, but I do know of CPA firms that do.

Don't use online tax filing like TurboTax. Reach out to some CPAs on BP, see if they can take you on. Ask them to share their past experience with Real Estate clients and you can also Google them to read client reviews. Message me, I can help you out.

Hey Shaun,
Referrals are definitely great but you want to do your own research. Ask them about their past and current clients, and what kind of specific experience they have within real estate. How can they help you utilize tax smart strategies to save you money? Look up client reviews as well.

Hey Paul,
Sorry, I'm not familiar with anyone in that area. However, if you are open to remote CPAs who have experience in real estate across state borders, then feel free to reach out to some of the ones on BP. There's many to choose from, ask them about their experience and clients. Some of us also have CPA firms such as myself, so someone on their team will have specialization with Real Estate. Hope this helps!
Message me if you need any help.
