@Frank Patalano I have a severe case of analysis paralysis. I find that I overthink EVERYTHING and talk myself off of the ledge, instead of taking the leap. I begin to doubt myself and what I have read on this forum, and then I don’t think about it for a little. And now it seems to be an endless cycle.

@Chibuzor Alumba

This experience seems like it was hell, but you’ve learned some expensive lessons. The agent though, she cannot tell you what she’s not going to do as she has a fiduciary responsibility to you.

Hopefully you have better planning and do better due diligence in the future

What's going on BP? My name is Kenneth, but everyone calls me Alex.(My parents even refer to me by my middle name) Anyway, I am brand spanking new to real estate investing and would like to buy and hold a few properties. I am a manager in retail with no experience in real estate. I read a few books, and believe that this is the best path for me to build wealth for myself and my family. Hopefully I can learn enough from BP to become financially independent of my job. Until next time.

Just a suggestion.. A lot of us use this from our mobile devises. The app should allow us to upload an icon from there instead of having to use a web browser.
