Quote from @Jenn Wright:

@Aj Parikh how do you evaluate turnkey companies and decide how much you want to invest per unit?

Just like any other rental property. But for turnkey properties, you don’t have to take into consideration vacancy and cap ex since they are in good shape

Hi Kai, I have found value investing in Cleveland, OH because it is home to Cleveland Clinic, lot of good neighborhoods, landlord friendly laws, stable appreciation and good cash flowing properties. There are also abundant opportunities for small multi family and SFH. I have been able to scale up to 12 doors in 2 years so definitely recommend this area. Feel free to reach out and we can discuss.

Hi Ryan, One of the easiest ways of scaling in real estate today is to invest in turnkey properties out of state. If you have a busy 9-5 routine but have the money to get started and don't have enough time, turnkey companies provide some of the best resources to scale your portfolio. I have used that strategy so feel free to reach out if you want to discuss.
