The property is in a great location in Royal Oak, Michigan, and did not require any repairs except cosmetic things like new paint.

In Royal Oak 6-12 months and you should be Golden! I personally would wait until next Spring/Summer to push it on the higher end of the pinnacle.

Hold two to three Months rent from the owner ( Contract Holder) using an escrow service, conduct an inspection after closing to ensure the tenants and previous owner have delivered on their agreement as promised and then sign the release of funds. Piece of cake!

This is pretty interesting. I am sure it will lead to bigger and better things. I hope they can learn to implement this Method in Michigan as well because we could use that here. I encourage all of my colleagues and associates to stand up to anything racist and discrimination based on ones race religion or culture! Its only the right thing to do. If they pay and keep it clean what else can you ask for.

My best advice to you would be to visit the city first and see all the beautiful Amenities!
Get to know the neighborhoods and different pockets in which you and then make your pick.
