Thanks for the correction. This unit also has hoa (grass mowing, sow plowing, trash and road maintenance for 200.00.

Do most units have Hoa?

Hoa are my concern, like the idea of trash, snow, roads, grass) but will this go up every year or 4 years.

 Contract with a Dayton 4 units. signing today. Price after going back and forth from 212k to final 205k. Rents are 650 x 4 units = 2,600

l flew out for a week to look at units- okay condition close to Wright Patterson Air Force, Airport, Hotels, Shopping.

This unit has HOA for 200 (grass mowing, snow plowing, Trash Pick up, Road Maintenance.

Owner pays water, hoa, prpty mgmt.

l am concerned about HOA.

Any Advise!

Great to be a part of this platform.

Leave in Los Angeles and l am a Real Estate Agent. Been Ca is so expensive and most units are at least 600K don't have enough rents to make ROI. You pretty much have to have too much down to gain back any ROI.

 l am flying to Columbus Ohio to meet a friend tonight and will be driving to Dayton Ohio to look for investment property, 4 units multi-apartment with good cash flow up to 250K or less.

Already have 30 yr financing approval with 20% down.

This is a big step for me. l have about 80K saved ready to go. Will be in Columbus for a day. Thursday in Dayton Ohio and back early morn by 8:30 am back to LA.

Sorry, this is short notice, l would like to meet up with agents who can show me any good 4 units that already have good paying long term tenants.....almost clean property. Since its, my 1st time will not be able to be there for clean up. Prefer 2 bedrooms 1 or 2 baths each or a mixture of l bedroom and 2 bedrooms.

If l can get 8 to 9 units would be best. 

Also possible good management company.

I want to buy and hold 4 Multi units in Phoenix Arizona. I hv 10 % down.

Live in Los Angeles, prices on units are  too high and rents don’t make enough to pay the mortgage, l would hv to come pay more money to pay the mortgage.

Can anyone help or advise me.

Want to own one by end of the year or sooner.
