@Joe Homs I'm aware that this area is super expensive, but I've seen it done by a lot of local people. Somehow people are finding these really good deals, but I've been having a hard time finding them,

What other locations would you recommend to get started?

Hey everyone,

I've been interested in real estate investment for a while now. I graduated college a couple of years ago and have saved up enough money to purchase a property. I am interested in fixing and flipping. I've done a bunch of research (hard money lenders, talking to contractors, talking to agents) and looking for my first opportunity. Looking to connect with wholesalers to get off-market deals (can close within 10 days). I would also love to connect and network with any possible mentors.

Any advice you all can give me?

Thank you!
