hello everyone
I've been following this house for many weeks and I'd like that you guys help me to determinate if this is a good deal or not?
Well this is a SF 4- Bed 2 -Full Bad 2682 SqFt. Built in 1958 listed for 40 K price cut for 2500 K so is 37500 K right now, it's been listed for 2 months already cooling central it doesn't have a heater. In a scale from 1 to 10 of work to do I'll say 6 1/2 including roofing.
These are some of the COMPS including the expensive one and the most recent sold. So what do you guys think about this one? Any question about any detail that I haven't mentioned. I'll be in touch. I almost forgot to say that I'd like to flip this house

Hi! I have a couple of question since I'm reading the Ultimate to flipping houses whit no money. Here they are.
Can a real state agent determine what the house can sell for after repair or make a market analysis to determine the potential price of your property?
hello @Michael Lee . I have some of experience on construction, actually I have my own Gutter company so I have an LLC and the area where I work is Tyler and surrounding areas and believe me is growing fast and strong. That's why I'm trying to go to the next Lvl. Ihave all kind of relations with all kind of professions including contractors builders and others. I'm also talking to an real state agent that I did some gutter wok for her and she's helping a lot. I would like to know if I can Use mi LLC as a real state business too?
I will find answers for all those questions and then post them here so we can keep tracking this house as a possible good deal
