 What is your average cost? if you don't mind me asking. I want to start but want to get an idea of what I should be spending.

Thank you for the input. Any recommendations on what I should do instead? @Eric James @Kyle Mccaw

@Mark Buskuhl Got it. I’ll start doing more calls daily and see how that works. I’ve been wanting to get into Texting but am worried about the Legality around it here in Texas.

@Harrison Sharp I am currently targeting in Fort Worth and Burleson. I haven't started doing Bandit Signs yet but I already ordered some.

@BILL

@Account Closed I have been cold calling for about two months now doing about 100 calls a day, Monday - Friday. I have only gotten one hot lead that almost became a deal but seller backed out.

Hello everyone,

I'm currently trying to enter the Real Estate game and have been trying to do so by wholesaling. I have gotten close but still have not been able to make any deals. I have been cold calling but have had little luck with it. I am going to try Bandit Signs and see if that helps. Is there anyone in the DFW area or here in Texas that has some tips on how to get leads coming to me? Any advice helps.

Hello everyone,

I am looking for other forms of getting leads for wholesaling. I have been cold calling as my main source but want to try and get some leads coming to me. I was thinking about doing Bandit signs. I live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and was wondering if anyone in the area had any experience. Please help, any advice helps!
