@Alexis Sprofera We can refinance short term rental properties up to 75% LTV without income verification. We base the loan on FICO and if market rents would allow us to Debt Cover. No lease needed though. On a SFR in Scottsdale we could get a rate in the low 6% range (30 year term, fully amortized).

@Damian Baynes There are tons of programs for Mixed Use properties but none with the leverage of an FHA 203k.

Expect to have to put down 25-30%.
