Jenn Barona how do you feel about the student rentals there? It seem attractive price to rent ratio.

I'm going to invest in a property in Florida, I live in California. I was wondering if there are any out of state investor income taxes I need to be aware of? Any advice would help, thanks!

A business partner and I were looking to buy 1 or 2 college rentals either later this year or early next year. We're looking for small multi-family. The two schools we narrowed it down to is Ohio State or University of Florida. Any advice on either of these two schools would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
