My investing partner seems to really like Lincoln, Ne for our next rental. Mostly she likes student housing at the university. Anyone have any thoughts? It would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Glenn Primack what numbers were you running? Since you live in Gainesville I'm going to assume yours are more accurate.
Also what types of properties were you looking at? Student rentals, multi family, etc
