Thanks David appreciate the feedback i was going to look into to az next but Ive been having good rental returns in RR decided to stay put there I've heard about intel for awhile now but wth satellite opening i guess maybe it haps a bit ....who knows but thank you for the feedback

im an investor & have bought 4 homes (rentals) in rio rancho Ive had them about 4 years now . I noticed the housing prices had gone up this year I'm assuming its low inventory? looking for feedback from others thank you alex a.

welcome I am am out of state investor from NYC I currently own 3 homes in Rio rancho i bought 4 years ago very happy with the appreciation and rental. i belief its an up and coming city..good things to come
