My Name is Alex Oak. I am mainly an opportunistic commercial investor and have also done some residential projects. I also have a team that is specific to wholesaling as we have found it is a low-risk way to make an income and get a great network in the process.

I'm new here to bigger pockets and thrilled to be a part of this amazing space. My team and I are currently assigning 5-20 contracts per month and we're looking to connect with all types of investors. We're especially eager to connect with buy-and-hold investors in the Tampa/St Pete area, as we've struggled to reach this demographic in the past, costing us a lot of potential money.
