Hi Emily!

I am glad to hear about your interest in the Quad Cities. It is a great place to live and invest. 

On a grading scale from A-D, I would consider that neighborhood class C. Definitely not the best, and definitely not the worst. If I found a deal there that made sense I would be willing to invest in it. Without knowing more details about it, I am not sure if that rent would be reasonable or not. Hello BPers, long time no talk! 

As many of you from the Quad Cities are aware, the meet-up scene around here has come and gone for the most part. I am making this post to get a feeler for how many people would like to see us reboot the meetings. For me, they added a lot of networking opportunities and motivation. They can also require a lot of effort, but I enjoyed hosting them. Ideally if we were to restart them again, we would have a structure and multiple hosts to keep the gears turning. I look forward to hearing back from you!

The Quad Cities has an amazing rental market. Property values are considered to be on the low end and rents are not only consistent, but in the middle to upper price range.  I work with a group of young entrepreneurs here with a business model of renovating properties and turning them over as turn-key rentals for out of state investors such as yourself. We are also partnered with a reputable property management firm. We would love the opportunity to connect with you!
