We lend to our partners who have LLCs or other legal entities ...As our partner your acquisition and rehab loan will not be reported to the credit bureaus...most lenders don’t allow more than a few (usually four) Loans on your credit report. Asking Partner to cover the following project cost in return for 50/50 split on income:

We are an I.R.S. designated 501 ( C ) 3 special need community housing development organization. We have members who are experienced contractors with over 100 years combined experience in all facets of construction. Our organization has built homes from the ground up, as well as done complete renovations. We are looking for partners to go 50/50 on flipping houses in Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas. We will find the homes and renovate houses and small multi family units . Our partner will have no need for outside contractors. We are looking for partners who will put up the money to purchase the properties and buy building materials or who simply have 700 plus credit scores to endorse corporate loans. We will take care of all the physical labor. After the house sells our partners are returned all the money they invested and then we split the remaining profits 50/50. Looking to build a long term relationships nationally.

I'm Alex Hamilton, an apartment management professional of over 25 years. You will find me to be outgoing and friendly when enhancing residents’ experience in apartment communities as a property manager or supporting a property manager as assistant with operations increasing revenue and occupancy. I have a proven track record of accomplishing goals, with the rental of vacant houses and apartments, renewing leases, collecting rents, and answering customer service inquiries. My background includes the coordination of income and expense reporting and other paperwork for the operation of residential communities. I have extensive experience processing rental applications; training operational staff, coordinating general unit maintenance / cleaning and coordinating vacant residential property preparation and inspection.
