Quote from @Simon Ashbaugh:

HI Alexis!

I'd definitely dive a little deeper into researching Ohio markets. Columbus is a great hybrid market of cashflow and appreciation, and you won't be paying Florida prices.

 Thank you! I will look more into this :)

I actually have a few friends out there that invest in Ohio and make great returns. Something have been looking into.

Its been between Florida, Texas and Ohio. I just love Florida. lol! But of course wherever has the best deals.

I bought my first property a year ago, condo in las vegas. I am ready to buy another one, but I am leaning more towards duplex out of state some where in Florida. Is right now a good time to buy?

I have a good amount of cash in my accounts. However I am a cocktail server here in Vegas and have difficulty getting approved sometimes for loans due to my tips being a big part of my income.

Any tips reccomendations would be appreciated.

@Stephen DeThample

I was looking based on location, I feel that a lot of servers/bartenders out here tend to rent , especially near a lot of bars, stores restaurants etc. But that that is good advice thank you !

I reside in Las Vegas, NV. The housing market is crazy right now! Housing prices are through the roof and over valued. I planned on buying my first investment property but am a little weary. My realtor said maybe I should consider buying a condo instead of a single family home first. What are your guys thoughts? I have heard good and bad things. Just wanted to get some other opinions! Thank you in advance :)

Of course? I’m pretty sure most of everyone on this planet has some sort of tattoo on their body. Tattoos do not define people. Their character does. I would never judge someone based off of their tattoos.
