@Anthony Liguori I have been finding some turnkey, already occupied 1% rule rentals in south central pa.

@Jimmy Epolito have family in Italy as well. If you move outside main tourist towns, hospitals look like they are American hospitals stuck in the 1960s. Couldn’t agree with you more. We SHOULD see a different and better result. We shall see though.

@Kyle Bumpus one would argue that someone in the service industry and/or other at risk industries should have planned better as well. Why the landlord taking the fall?

@Marc Winter I feared as much. Haven’t gotten my hands on it yet, will before I offer though. Just hope it is a thorough lease that covers all the necessary items a lease should.

I am interested in purchasing a property that has an active lease in place. Am I required to follow inherited lease? Am I able to get my preferred lease in place? Any other options to consider? Thanks BP

Does anyone have a basic layout of acquisition costs and monthly cost breakdowns for one of their rentals? Looking to see what to include/not include when running numbers on properties. Thanks in advance
