Post: Milwaukee Property flip with Michael Henry

I have been investing in real estate in the US for over the last 10 years, and am always looking for different partners to work with. Being an out of country is never easy and I always take some time before deciding who to work with. I began investing in Milwaukee a year ago, and came across Michael Henry on Bigger Pockets. After a few meetings and good discussions we decided to keep in touch if any projects arose.
Fast forward to August 2020, I was working with another partner at the time, and the other partner was completely unreliable. I was holding two projects with no progress, and I reached out to Mike to see if he could come in and help me out. After a few conversations, Mike and I came to an agreement to work together. It’s Nov 2020 now and I can happily say Mike was an absolute life saver. I have finally sold both properties and have MIke to thank for that. He was able to come in with his crew to fix up both properties and I will be forever grateful. Mike has a nickname from his other clients as “Mr Fix It” and I can’t think of a more apt nickname. I can not recommend MIchael Henry enough.

Hi Cameron thanks for your reply. For some reason Patricia's msgs got deleted there was some good information there but I lost it now. I mentiond in another message but basically I currently have 110 properties and I'm looking to try and utilize the same method I have to manage it (AI +VA) in the US. So I'm debating whether I should continue to focus on building and using my existing platform, or just sign up for the ones that are in the US.
My main thing is that I'm looking for a platform that manages for me as my target rate is around $20-30 USD per property and that includes bookeeping, client communication, handling repairs, etc. Right now I'm able to do that but I need more people to build on my offering. I haven't found much platforms that do it and since my rate is currently around $20-30 I feel like I can get more mileage if i continue w/ my platform.
just wondering do you have property in LA ? How are you managing it ? For 75 dollars a month, do they do things like physically collect rent for you? or is that an add on fee to do that. Most property managers I've gotten in touch with have an add on fee for everything, which is fine and I get it. However if that's the case I might as well continue to use my platform and try to apply it to the US. Thanks again for your time and insight

Hi John I'll check out Nest Egg. I've looked at Cozy before and ti didn't have exactly what I was looking for but thanks for the information! So really just trying to understand the market in the US better and figure out what to do. Thanks
Hi Ben, just wondering for BUildium, are you using it to manage everything on your own?

I should clarify I'm aiming for a flat fee of 30 USD. Most guys I've spoken to are charging 7 percent of rent. But are there managers charging less?Happy to hear if so. Thanks!

I posted this in the Chicago area as well, but I'm looking for like minded people that are interested in a cheaper property management alternative.
I own property in Chicago, LA and NYC and I'm working on a platform that incorporates AI and Virtual Assistants so that we can circumvent traditional property managers and instead charge a flat monthly fee. I need to get at least 10-20 people involved to have economies of scale and was wondering if anyone out there is interested?

The platform won't be managing because it's essentially having each individual "manage" their own property via VA And AI.
Rental payments will go directly into each of our accounts, and showing units for lease or sale and negotiate contract terms we will use a licensed real estate agent. VA's depending what you need Malaysia or Philippines is the cheapest, but the issue is finding reliable ones. We currently have an office setup for VA's
