Hi Zack,

Echoing what @Chris Mills said. House hacking as a college student will be a fantastic thing to do, Find something close to school, even a walk from school to cut your cost so you can serve up more for reinvestment.

Best regards,

Alfred

Hi @Crencenthia F Brown

I think this is a great idea. A meetup sounds really good. Are you thinking of having a virtual meetup, and then transition to a traditional meet when its safer to do so? and off course with food. LOL

Best regards,

Alfred

Morgantown WV, Uniontown PA and Raleigh NC.

Moved to Raleigh NC earlier this year, so far so good. I do not see myself moving anytime soon.

Hi @Nick Margroff are you looking for a professional photographer for MLS listing, that will take pictures, touch up the pictures in photoshop etc or do you just want a photographer that can go into a property to take raw pictures of the property to show you the raw status of the property? What is the use case of the photos?

Best regards,

Alfred

@Cameron Wilson hi Cameron, I will be happy to help you out with some virtual inspection, quote etc like you have mentioned above. PS: I am not a realtor or contractor so you will still need those.

Best regards,

Alfred

@Payton Chung Thanks for the input, I think you bring out a good point in regards to familiarizing myself with the local laws. I will check out the link to the topic.  For house hack, I am thinking more in line with buying a multi-family house on or off the market then use bank financing. I am in an apartment in Raleigh hoping to secure something before the lease is over. Moving forward i plan to build relationship with a contractor in the area so that when I am ready to rock and roll things will be a little easier (i think).

@Joanne Eriaku Thanks, i hear you. Last week i drove around some area to see/get to know the area for real, i think i might need to do more of that. You post opened my eyes to really want to know the area on a personal level first. Walk/drive around the area and ask myself do i see a future here?
