Thanks for the feedback everyone!
I live in the Austin, TX area and would love to start investing in real estate. My only issue is the lack of money. After doing extensive amount of research, I concluded that wholesaling would be my solution. I'm just not sure if wholesaling is legal in Texas. Please help with any advice.
