Hey Steve, kudos on the plan. Love it. There are a myriad of different markets that might fit the bill here; likely mid-west (Ohio), mid-atlantic (i.e. Penn), sun-belt (Georgia). Personally the university towns are always a good target (i.e. Columbus, Athens, Ann-arbor, Fayetteville, Louisville). 

Will the rents from the other units be included in the DTI calc?
