Anyone know of a title company(s) here in the Bay that will perform back to back same day double closing? Working on a deal and I will need a title company that is friendly to this transaction.

Hey Jonathan, I am in need of a title company that will conduct same day closings. Is your office friendly to those?

@Kelsey Warnock If you don't connect with any agents in the beginning you can find alotta info on Listsource. Make an account, 'create your own' list, under the 'property' tab scroll down to 'last market sale date' and click on 'last 3 months'. That will give you all the properties sold in what areas in the last 90 days.

Thank you Jo-Ann
I am new as well, best place to start your REI journey! Read through as many threads as you can, when you have a better understanding of REI you can focus on one strategy and read up on that as much as you can.
