Hi all! We are looking for a CPA or tax preparer in Broward County Florida. Does anyone have a recommendations? We would prefer someone who invests themselves or works with lots of investors. We need someone to help with tax deductions and tax advising. Thank you! Alicia

Hi all, We are in the Long Beach, CA area and beginning to get busy with rentals, tenants, renovations, selling, acquisitions, etc.

We are looking for help.

Anyone already have a list of questions or duties for a new hire or intern so that we don’t have to re-invent the wheel? Any advice on where how to look?

Mostly, we are looking for someone who is organized and can do a lot of Small day to day things—like talk with tenants and contractors, make spreadsheets. Answering phone calls and emails, etc.

What experience should we be looking for? Where should we look? Thank you for any advice or tips!

Hi there, this is actually a question about my own private home rather than investment. I noticed that on some properties the listing information (like how much the place sold for or was listed for) is not available on websites like Redfin and Zillow. How does one hide this info from the public? I really don't want every last Joe Schmoe able to look up how much I paid for my house!!! Thank you!
