I am looking to get my home appraised in Ft. Lauderdale. Can anyone recommend an appraiser that they use and like?

Hmm.. perhaps, this 9c(iii) is okay, I re-read this and note the highlighted part:
I wonder if "other evidence of title" could just mean a clean title search report from a reputable title search company? Meaning, I don't have to necessarily provide them evidence of current title insurance....just sufficient evidence that the title is clear.
9c(iii) seems more favorable to the Seller than 9c(i), since the language in 9c(i) is the following:
It seems to me, that 9c(i) is implying the Seller would pay for the Owner's policy, which could amount to over $200. 9c(iii) limits the Seller's responsibility to $200 to simply cover title search expenses.
Any thoughts?

Oh, I just realized my original post was probably not clear. I bought the home at foreclosure auction and now I am selling it, so I am the seller. So these offers I'm getting are already completely filled out, including section 9c(iii).

@Wayne Brooks I am using MLS-listing only service. The contract is filled out by the buyer/buyer's agent and they select 9c(III); I'm not selecting it. Should I respond back and ask them to change it to 9c(I)? That's what I did, and some confusion ensued at least with this one agent/buyer. LOL.

@Nick Britton, I was hoping to learn how others were doing it without having to consult an attorney for this one line item. Anyways can you PM me the attorney you recommend?

I purchased a home through foreclosure through bidding at the county auction. The foreclosure was performed by the first mortgage holder, and the title search is now coming back clear. I've rehabbed the property and listed it. However, all the offers I received have the following statement checked:
Section 9. c. (iii) (CLOSING COSTS --> TITLE EVIDENCE AND INSURANCE):
Since I purchased it through foreclosure and I did not purchase title insurance, how do I go about addressing this? What type of evidence is typically acceptable? Do I need to purchase title insurance for myself so I can sell property due to this provision? How do others deal with this?
Any help will be appreciated.

I haven't ready anywhere it could be necessary. I'm wondering if anyone has any input.
