Awesome on the house hacking :)

This is one of the first posts I have wanted to save, I don't have kids but it's never too early to start getting ideas for how to raise your children and teach them important life skills and lessons. Thank you for sharing!

i am also pretty obsessed with keeping organized. I mostly use apps:

A Tracker: time

This is an app that I use all day to let me know whether or not I'm maximizing my time through out the day. I have major categories that are necessities, leisure, work, and then sub categories like eating, sleeping, social media, house searching etc. I find by doing this that I can stay accountable and create opportunity in my day to see where I can better place my energy. 

 Mint: finances

I currently track every expense from a bottle of water to airplane tickets. I use my own excel spreadsheets because I'm quite anal about it but i have categories and subcategories like my time to see where I can save and place into accounts like financial freedom, long term saving for spending, continuing education, etc. 

MyFitnessPal: health

There is sort of a trend here as you can see. I use this app to record what I eat throughout the day to make sure the amount of protein, carbs, and fat are in proportionate amounts.

wow! What a small world! We are actually twins. I don't recall ever meeting you but I return from Australia at the end of March, let's meet up? 

I have not met him. Which is crazy because it's a pretty small community in Asia relatively.
