Hello everyone,

I am new to real estate investing and am looking to get a good start at it. I currently have some money in saving but not the 10's of thousands some might have tucked away. I have recently heard about two programs that say that they can provided me a decent start to real estate investing by offering me access to their learning platforms and potential investors that will allow me to invest with very little or no money of my own. The programs that I am mentioning are: clever investors and connected investors. I would like to know if anyone has any feedback or information concerning these two programs (i.e. are they reputable, are the beneficial, etc.). Additionally, If anyone knows of other methods to get into investing without tons of cash on hand please feel free to comment and share your knowledge, information and experiences. Thanks in advance.

Hello everyone,

I am completely new to real estate investing and have a question regarding the execution of a purchase and sale agreement. Can anyone share with me how the process of getting a house under contract and assigning the contract actually works? If the house is listed for sale and I execute this contract is my offer price (that is listed on the contract) what I must wholesale it for? If so, how do I make money on the contract upon assigning it to another investor? Thanks for any and all feedback. It is greatly appreciated.

Has anyone here tried the clever investor program being promoted by Cody Sperber? If so, would you recommend it as a useful resource to a new investor?

Tim Ryan, I see that your profile says that you're out of Arcadia. I'm in Pasadena and would love to connect with you.

I would like to thank each of you fir your feedback on this thread. The information was extremely helpful and i will definitely take all of the under advisement.

Hello, I was recently invited to attend a real estate seminar that was held by a program by the name of FortuneBuilders. It was started and is operated by Than Merrill. At the end of the three day event I was asked to join his Mastery program to the tune of $50K. Has anyone here ever actually joined this Mastery program and can provide some honest feedback as to its effectiveness? Thanks in advance.
