My wife drives  a 2008 F-150, and I have three trucks all used for work. A 2009 F-350, A 2010 Dodge 2500 and a 2014 Dodge 3500. Only the 3500 has a note but since its for work i guess its good debt :P

NoW if the question was "What car do you hate" I would say Subaru, the commercials they run make me want to barf!

Depending on the age of your home you may can get more bang for your buck with better windows, and exterior insulation covered by an attractive siding, this could also help more with resale.

I went to see American sniper but the movie was sold out.

I once seen a home with a 6 inch gap right in the center of the foundation. Termites found this gap and destroyed the house from the inside out.

I think her plan is a solid one but my big fear would be what effect the closing of one of the military bases would have on property values. In my area the Air force built way more housing that it turned out they needed and now they allow civilians to rent on base.
