Duplex for sell it’s a turnkey, how do I get the funds to get this property? I’m 18 with zero credit but I don’t know if that matters or not but the duplex has potentially for a great cash flow. Need advice!
Hi name is Alvonta I’m 18yrs with no credit. I’m currently trying to build up my credit so by the time I’m 21 I will have my first rental property. Lately I been doing wholesaling & lease option haven’t had my first deal yet but I like the passive income more. Any suggestions on how I can get my first rental?
