@James Li Thank you for the feedback!  Could you comment on how the eviction process is so far and are you evicting both tenants?  Is Spartan handling everything themselves?  I didn't purchase with Spartan because their waitlist was so long.  I went and purchased a rental property on my own in Birmingham and may possibly need to go through an eviction.

I hope your situation gets resolved soon.

Hi Everyone!

Can anyone comment on their experience with evictions in Alabama? I have a section 8 tenant in Birmingham that hasn't paid their December portion and doesn't look like January's will be coming soon.  I do have a property manager in place so they will be taking care of it if it has to happen. 

How long did the process take and how much did it end up costing?

I was recommended to talk to ROI Turnkey Properties in Alabama and had a consultation call with them. They have properties in Birmingham, Huntsville, and Montgomery. I can't find too may reviews on that provider though. Has anyone on here worked with them? I want to work with Spartan Invest in Birmingham but seems their inventory has been low and I haven't seen much in my inbox from them. Does anyone have any other recommendations for turnkey or property management companies in Birmingham Alabama? Thank you so much in advance!

Hi Everyone!  Has anyone had any experience with Spartan Invest in Birmingham, AL?  They recently gave a presentation at a real estate summit I was at and was very interested in their turnkey rentals.  Are there any turnkey rental investment companies that you guys have worked with and recommend?

I just came across your post and wanted to see if you were able to find the resources you needed for your low income housing development for Veterans.  I'm currently working with low income individuals and Veterans and my clients can really benefit from low income developments!  I would love to hear what your progress is as I would like to eventually buy discounted properties for low income housing.
