@Andrew Ellis I'm very familiar with the Ruskin area! Nice to meet you - and good luck. Maybe our paths will cross soon! Keep in contact!

@Bryan Pham I am interested in the Tampa area for our first one, which will be our primary residence until I graduate and will hopefully convert to a buy and hold. After that, I'm not too sure! I would rather focus on learning analysis now, so that I can pursue it wherever the numbers fit. Once I graduate from my degree I can apply anywhere in the country for my first "big boy" job - and I might like whatever area that is better!

Hi, all!
My name is Amber Herriman and I'm a 22 y/o college student. I started getting interested in real estate early this year, and am just in love with the idea. And it's not just one subject... I'm truly interested in all forms of real estate investing. I'm not ready to take a leap in quite yet, however, I'm taking this time while I'm still finishing up my degree to learn all that I can about real estate. I have learned so much already in the last few months.
I thought it might be interesting to say where I've found BP. I started this year learning all that I could about stock and dividend wealth, and followed very close to some financial-based youtubes (I like to watch and listen between homework and cleaning the house) and came across a BP video in the suggestions that was about screening tenants. I've held onto the information from that video, but didn't subscribe. However, BP videos kept coming up in suggestions, and eventually, I gave it the time of day. So, here I am - 33 episodes into the podcast, thinking I should probably get involved in the community.
Thank you all for taking the time to read. I am looking forward to spending more times in the forums, expanding my knowledge base, and meeting interesting people who share the same passions I do!
Sincerely,
Amber Herriman
