Dave Foster is that a situation where one would need to clear it with the IRS and/or CPA or it could just possibly come up when filing taxes?

@davefoster What if the related party just bought the property and there is no gain nor benefit to them when they sell to their family member who is doing the 1031 exchange? Is that still not allowed?
