We are interested in investing more out of state if we can find good deals and good management as well.

We have two properties in Idaho, we live in California. We went there and bought the properties and then have a management company who manages it for us. We got lucky and found a great management company. It is hard to find one.

Hello and welcome! I am located in Turlock, about an hour forty south of you. We have actually been considering moving up there. We love Loomis. My husband and I are agents as well as investors. We are wanting to do more flips as well and always looking for good deals. We are new to BP and enjoying all the helpful information it provides. Best of luck!

We currently have 5 single family homes, one being our current residence. We have to refi one of our properties from a owner occupied to an investment property. From what I have read so far, it seems to vary as to how many months of reserves we need per property, depending on with whom we refi. We are located in California. Does it vary or is it usually a set amount, such as four months per investment property? Thank you!
